| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Product | Name, brand, the vendor product number ("Vendor no.") and any flag: a price that moved, or No longer orderable. |
| Source | Webshop (from Webmercs), Flexshop (added by hand) or Asset Management (not in use yet). A Webmercs product from your order history also carries Bought before. |
| Visible to | Everyone, a number of budget groups, or Nobody. |
| Price (excl. VAT) | The shelf price in DKK, without VAT. |
| Stock | The webshop's stock word, or "Always available". |
| In the shop | A switch: Listed or Hidden. It takes effect at once. |
Filter by category with the chips (All, Laptops, Phones, Headsets, Monitors, Accessories). Hidden products stay on the list only while Also show unlisted is ticked; when you hide one with the box unticked, Flexshop tells you where it went.
Add and change products
- List a product opens Put a product on the shelf. See Put a product on the shelf.
- Edit on a row opens Edit product. See Edit a product.
- The sync line at the top shows the connected Webmercs catalogue. See The Webmercs catalogue on the Storefront.
What does not exist
- You cannot delete a product. Hide it instead. A hidden product keeps its history and can be listed again.
- The categories are fixed: Laptops, Phones, Headsets, Monitors and Accessories. You cannot add your own.
- Products from Asset Management are not available yet.
Danish labels
In the Danish console the rail item is Webshop, the page title is Butik, and the source chip for Webmercs products is also Webshop. "List a product" is Opret produkt, and Listed and Hidden are Vist and Skjult.
