Every decision needs a reason, and Let employees buy their device back.
The Policies card on Integrations has two switches. Like everything on that page, changing them needs Application Administrator and Workspace Administrator.
Every decision needs a reason
"Approvers and admins must type why before they approve or decline. The requester sees the reason a request was declined." On in a new workspace.
- In the portal the reason field says "A reason is required."
- In the console the queue shows "a decision reason is required (policy Every decision needs a reason)", and the bulk bar needs "One reason for all of them (required)".
Let employees buy their device back
"Lets an employee buy a device they handed in themselves once it is listed. Off, they never see their own returned device or its price." Off in a new workspace. (Workspaces created before this default changed keep it on.)
With it off, an employee who tries anyway is told "You handed that device in yourself."
Related settings
