Juvaro Help Centre

Language and email

Flexshop has no language switcher of its own: the language comes from the Tenant Portal, and every notification is an email.

Flexshop has no language switcher. Both apps show the language you chose on the Language card in the Tenant Portal, the same choice every Juvaro product reads. Flexshop has English, Danish, Swedish and German.

Change the language

  1. Open the Tenant Portal.
  2. On the Language card, choose your language.
  3. Open Flexshop again, or reload the page. The language is read when you sign in.

If nobody has chosen, Flexshop follows your browser's language when it is one of the four, and English otherwise.

What stays in English

  • Role names in the Tenant Portal: Employee, Shop Supporter, Finance Approver, Application Administrator.
  • Names you or your colleagues typed: budget group names, product names, rule names. The three seeded rules are called "Auto-approve small items", "Phones and laptops" and "Standard requests" in every language.
  • Some messages. A few refusals are always shown in English, for example "justification must not be blank." See Messages you may see.
  • Brand words: Juvaro, Flexshop, Webmercs, Integration Hub, Asset Management, HR Management.
  • The vendor's own status word on an order, shown as Webmercs sends it.

Email

Every Flexshop notification is an email, sent from Flexshop's own no-reply address. There is no bell, no in-app message and no chat notification. Which events send email is set by an Application Administrator on the Notifications page; see Notifications.
