The asset detail page

What the header, the lifecycle stepper and each card on an asset page show.

An asset page shows everything about one asset: a header with its actions, the lifecycle stepper, and a grid of cards.

PictureAn asset page: the header and its actions, the lifecycle stepper, then the cards. Which cards appear depends on the asset type and the features switched on.

The header

  • Assets with the back arrow returns to the list.
  • The eyebrow is the type, the title is the model name, and the line under it is the tag and the serial.
  • On the right: the status chip and the actions your role allows: Edit, Delete (in red), Request disposal, and Request return for a leased-in asset. With Four-eyes approvals off, these read Dispose asset… and Return asset….
  • A banner appears under the header while a request is pending (amber, with Approve and Reject for approvers, or Cancel request for the requester), and once the asset is disposed of or returned.

The lifecycle stepper

A full-width row of the type's stages. Completed stages are filled, the current one is ringed, and the rest are outlined. Each seeded stage has its own colour. See Lifecycle stages and transition rules.
