Reports and Activity

Export registers as CSV files and read the workspace's event timeline.

Reports exports registers as CSV files. Activity is the workspace-wide timeline of what happened, by whom.

Export a report

  1. Open Reports: View report on the Dashboard's Renewal health card, or the Reports card under Administration.
  2. Click Export CSV on the report you need.
ReportContains
Asset registerEvery tracked unit with status, assignee and value.
Stock on-handConsumables and bulk items with reorder levels.
LeasesLease contracts, terms and lessors.
Compliance statusChecks with due dates and responsibles.
People & holdingsPeople with their department, role and asset count.

Assets in Deleted assets are not included.

PictureEach Export CSV downloads the register as it is right now.

Read Activity

Open the Activity card under Administration, or add /activity to your AMS address. Events are grouped by day (Today, Yesterday, then dates).

  • Filter with All, Assets, Lifecycle, Assignments, Governance or Automation. Automation shows what rules did, including actions they skipped.
  • Open asset jumps to the asset an event is about. Refresh loads the newest events.

Each asset also has its own History card. The Dashboard's Recent activity shows the latest few events.

PictureThe event lines are written in English in every language; the filters, dates and actors follow your language.
