What changed in the October 2026 release

Navigation

• Auditors get Compliance and Audits in the sidebar. Both now sit under Operations for Auditors and Application Administrators, instead of only on the Administration page. Compliance checks · Audits

Disposal, returns and reservations

• Approving a disposal or return settles the asset's bookings. Future reservations are cancelled, pending reservation requests are rejected, and approval is refused while the asset is out on loan. The approver sees the impact first. The Approvals queue

Automation and import

Recycle bin

Helpdesk

August 2026 release

• Vendor picker with suggestions, and a quick way to add a suggested vendor to your list. Create an asset
• Readable stage names everywhere: stages show as words, such as In stock. Status chips and colours
• Also in August: lifecycle flows and custom fields for every seeded type, assigning through a picker, generated tags, the import column panel, the reservations week timeline with times, lease payments, PM checks that raise work orders, and an assignee picker on work orders.
