PictureThe asset list. Chips filter by stage, All types narrows to one type (and adds that type's list columns), and a red dot marks a non-compliant asset.
Filter the list
Status chips: All, or one lifecycle stage.
Non-compliant: assets whose security record says Non compliant. They also carry a red dot in the list.
All types: pick one type. The list then adds that type's custom fields marked Show in list as extra columns.
All customers: with Customers (MSP) on.
The search box, Filter by name, tag, serial…, matches as you type.
The columns are Asset (type tile, name and "Type · TAG"), Status, Assigned to, Customer (MSP only), Source (Owned, Leased in, Leased out), any custom columns, and Value. Click a row to open the asset.
Search from anywhere
Press ⌘K or Ctrl K, or click the search box in the top bar. "Search assets, models, software, people…" groups its results under Assets, Models, Software and People. Use the arrow keys to move and Enter to open.
Print QR labels
Filter the list down to the assets you want labels for.
Click Print labels. The QR labels view shows one label per asset in the filtered list.
Click Print.
A label's QR code carries the asset tag, which is what audits scan. See Audits: scan to verify.

The list now shows only the 3 assets in stock. Click Print labels.
QR labels (3) shows the sheet. Click Print and pick your label printer in the browser's print dialog.
WalkthroughPrint labels makes one QR label per asset in the filtered list: the code holds the tag, with the tag and name printed under it.
What the list does not do
There are no bulk actions: no ticking several rows to assign, move or delete them together. Change assets one at a time, or update many through Import data, where re-importing a file with existing tags updates those assets.
