People and the Users page
Accounts, contacts and directory-only people, and what each person holds.
The Users page lists everyone who can hold an asset: accounts that sign in to Juvaro, and contacts who do not.
Who is on the list
- Account
- A person with a Juvaro login in this workspace.
- Contact
- A person without a login, for example a new starter or a customer's employee. Add one with New contact.
- Directory only
- An account known from the directory that has no record in AMS yet. It gets one the first time you assign it an asset.
The count line reads, for example, "84 users · 61 accounts · 23 contacts". Filter with All, Accounts or Contacts, or search.
When contacts look like existing accounts, a banner says so ("3 contacts look like existing accounts."). Use Link (Link to account) to join them, or Unlink to separate them.
People can also come from Juvaro CRM: a customer's promoted contacts appear here read-only.
A person's profile
Click a person to see Assigned assets, Total value, Teams, Assigned software and Recent activity. From the profile:
- Assign asset and Assign software give the person an asset or a seat (Application Administrators). See Assign and take back an asset and Software licences and seats.
- Start onboarding and Start offboarding (Technicians and Application Administrators). See Onboarding and offboarding runs.
- Edit changes Name, Email, Department, Role, Employee ID, Status and, in MSP mode, Customer.
Team membership can sync from your identity provider; teams themselves are managed in Tenant Management.
Your own profile settings (language, email alerts) are in the Tenant Portal, not here. See Language and email settings.
