Language and email settings

Where to set the language AMS shows and the emails it sends you: both live in the Tenant Portal.

AMS has no language picker and no email settings of its own. Both are personal settings in your Tenant Portal profile, and every Juvaro product reads them from there.

Change the language

  1. In AMS, open the Account menu and choose My profile. This opens your profile in the Tenant Portal.
  2. In the Language card, pick a language.
  3. Reload AMS. It shows the new language.

AMS is available in English, Danish, Swedish and German. If you have never chosen, AMS follows your browser's language, and falls back to English.

Only AMS's own words change. Names your organisation typed, such as asset types, stages, models and custom field labels, stay as typed.

Get alerts by email

  1. Open your profile in the Tenant Portal and go to Notifications.
  2. In the AMS card, set:
    • Email notifications: the main switch;
    • Digest of new alerts: Off, Daily or Weekly;
    • Immediate email for critical alerts.
