Find your way around

The side menu, the top bar, search, the bell and the Account menu.

AMS has a dark green side menu on the left and a top bar across the page. Everything you can reach is in one of the two.

The side menu

The menu is grouped. Items for switched-off features are hidden; see Feature switches.

GroupItems
OverviewDashboard, Renewals
AssetsAssets, Software, Stock (when Stock is on)
OperationsMaintenance, Leases and Reservations (each when its feature is on), plus Compliance and Audits for Auditors and Application Administrators (when their features are on)
PeopleUsers, Flows
ManageApprovals (Application Administrators, and only while Four-eyes approvals is on) and Administration (Application Administrators)

Models, Vendors, Locations, Teams, Compliance, Audits, Budgets, Reports and Activity are cards on the Administration page. See The Administration hub.

The top bar

  • Breadcrumb on the left, in capitals, for example JUVARO › ASSETS or JUVARO › ADMINISTRATION › DELETED ASSETS.
  • Search: click the box or press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl K (Windows). Type to find assets, models, software and people; results are grouped under Assets, Models, Software and People. Use the arrow keys and Enter to open one.
  • New asset, for Application Administrators. See Create an asset.
  • The bell, with the number of open alerts. It opens Open alerts; View all goes to Renewals. See Renewals and alerts.
  • The Account menu: your role and initials. It holds My profile, Account settings, Switch workspace and Sign out.

My profile takes you to your profile in the Tenant Portal, where language and email settings live. See Language and email settings.

Lists and pages

  • Every register page has a serif title, a count line under it ("248 assets") and its buttons on the right.
  • Click a row to open the record. On an asset page, Assets with the back arrow returns to the list.
  • Tags, serial numbers and dates are set in a monospaced font so they are easy to read and copy.
Your data is never translated

Type names, stage names, model names, custom field labels and other text your organisation typed appear exactly as typed, whatever language AMS shows.
