Renewals and alerts
Read the bell and the Renewals page, dismiss an alert, and get alerts by email.
AMS raises alerts ahead of dates that matter: warranties, leases, compliance checks, maintenance, software renewals, vendor dates, flow steps, low stock and late returns. The bell shows the newest; Renewals lists them all.
The bell
The number on the bell is the count of open alerts. Click it to see Open alerts, and View all to open Renewals. "No open alerts" means there is nothing to do.
The Renewals page
- Filter by state: Open, Dismissed, Resolved or All.
- Filter by severity: Critical, Warning or Planned.
- Each row shows the severity, a title, a reference (tag, lease or software), a category chip, and "in 12d", "today" or "3d overdue".
- With very many alerts, the page shows the most urgent first and tells you to narrow the filters to see the rest.
"All clear" means no warranties, leases, low stock or maintenance need attention.
Dismiss an alert
Click Dismiss on the row. It moves to Dismissed. An alert is Resolved on its own when the cause goes away, for example when a warranty is extended or stock is received.

Get alerts by email
Email is a personal choice in your Tenant Portal profile: Email notifications, a Digest of new alerts (Off, Daily or Weekly) and Immediate email for critical alerts. All are off until you switch them on. See Language and email settings.
Which alerts exist and how many days ahead they open is set in Notification settings.
