The Dashboard

What the tiles, Renewal health, Recent activity, Needs attention and Category mix tell you.

The Dashboard is the first page you see. It sums up the register and lists what needs attention today.

What is on it

Greeting and summary
"Good morning", "Good afternoon" or "Good evening" with your name, the date under Overview, and one line such as "4 open work orders waiting, and 7 alerts need attention."
Tiles
Total assets, Open work orders, In maintenance and Total value.
Renewal health · now
The dark card: the share of assets that are free of critical or overdue renewals. View report opens Reports; See renewals opens Renewals.
Recent activity
The latest changes in the workspace: assets created, assigned, moved between stages, and more. The full timeline is under Activity; see Reports and Activity.
Needs attention
Up to five open alerts with their severity, plus counts such as non-compliant assets, overdue flow steps and exceeded budgets. Clicking the non-compliant count opens the asset list filtered to those assets. View all opens Renewals.
Category mix
A donut of your assets by asset type.

A new, empty workspace

Before the first asset exists, the Dashboard shows No assets yet: "Create your first asset type, add an asset, and the dashboard starts filling itself in." See Asset types and Create an asset.
