Notification settings

Choose which alerts the workspace raises and how many days ahead.

AMS raises alerts ahead of dates that matter: a warranty ending, a lease ending, a check falling due. The Notifications pane decides which alerts the workspace raises and how many days ahead.

Change the alerts

  1. Open AdministrationNotifications.
  2. For each category, switch it on or off and set Alert N days ahead.
  3. For Not returned, set how many days to Allow after a reservation's end before it alerts.
  4. Click Save. The pane shows Saved.
PictureThe defaults a new workspace starts with. Not returned counts days after a reservation ended, not days ahead, even though the row reuses the same words.
